Zazen

  1. sit on a higher place
  2. straighten up your spine (after Dogen's basic teachings)
  3. relax your hands and put them into a mundra
  4. sit 10-15 minutes for start
  5. read/think/remember Boddhisatva's Vow - this is Zen after all.
